remediating soil, reducing risk

We help revive land's soil-carbon sponge to cushion critical assets against climate extremes.

How Can We Help

We help revive land's soil-carbon sponge to cushion critical assets against climate extremes.

How Can We Help

We design, coordinate & co-execute land-regenerating interventions to:

#

Reduce Fire Risk

squelch

#

Absorb Floodwater

quench

#

Reverse Erosion

heal

WHAT WE DO

#1 Understand your needs

We learn about your at-risk site: climate-vulnerable land under key physical assets (e.g. fire-prone transmission line easements with flammable equipment, retention ponds subject to runoff).

Assessment delves into soil, hydrogeology, climate, topography, native ecology, current and best-adapted vegetation, risk-relevant data, and local economic engagement opportunities.

#2 Design a land-regenerating intervention

We work with local organizations, practitioners, scientists and communities to tailor a biophilic intervention that mitigates greatest risk factors, provides natural cooling, optimizes for desired design specs (e.g. contaminant remediation, fire-resistance, floodwater absorption), and serves human well-being.

#3 Coordinate with local input providers, restoration practitioners & vested stakeholders

We build collaborative relationships with local input providers (e.g. organic manure & compost producers, wastewater recycling plants), government agencies and municipalities, local restoration practitioners, and nearby communities to execute a collaborative intervention that benefits everyone.
